Terms of Use

Effective June 12, 2026

The app

DinnerBell is a meal-planning app for personal, non-commercial use. Copies installed through the App Store or TestFlight are licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard EULA, which applies between you and us.

Food, allergies & common sense

DinnerBell helps you organize meals; it is not a medical or dietary advisor. You are responsible for verifying ingredients against allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements in your household โ€” including suggestions produced by AI features, which can make mistakes. Recipes you import remain your responsibility to use lawfully.

No warranty

DinnerBell is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app โ€” though if dinner goes sideways, we genuinely do want to hear about it.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
